- Forgotten to register your warranty online? Please keep your product’s original sales receipt and warranty card to receive a 12 month warranty.
- To enjoy the full 24 months warranty,you are required to register your warranty online within 7 days after receiving the product.
- If you fail to register your warranty online ,the warranty of the product is valid for 12 months from the date of receiving the product.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Our Company strives to provide high quality warranty services.
- The 3-year warranty only applies to the biochip in SleepBank, other accessories such as batteries and etc. are covered under a 1-year warranty.
- Our warranty does not cover defects determined by nature or caused by neglect, improper or negligent acts, repairs or attempted repairs, tampering with or modification of the goods, connection to incompatible equipment or power sources, and tampering of warranty sticker.
- Our after-sales service includes carrying out repairs within 7 days and covering of the delivery costs. If the warranty has expired, the Purchaser is expected to borne all charges beyond the scope of this warranty.
- Our Company will hold the spare parts of the product for a period of 3 years upon its manufacture. After 3 years, our company will use the current or modified compatible spare parts to fix the old product.
- This warranty is void if the warranty card is filled in incorrectly or incompletely and our Company reserves the right to charge for service and repair fees.
- Our Company employs different terms and policies for its varied brands and product lines. For the warranty terms of your particular product, please refer to the product’s manual.
- Saved information and documents in our Company’s system will be used in accordance if the above information has been compromised and is unable to be registered.
- The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
