It contains 6 bottles of different types of enzymes that you should consume at different time periods of the day:
- Bottle No. 1, 3 and 6: A Dynamic Body Fruit and Vegetable Enzyme Powder Drink – containing papain, bromelain, fruit enzymes – that helps to digest food and promote proper digestion.
- Bottle No. 2: A Clear Mind Fruit Enzyme Drink – containing red grapes, longan, lychee, red dates and etc. – that helps to relieve intestinal problems and improve digestion.
- Bottle No. 4: A Clear Mind Fruit Enzyme Drink – containing lemon enzymes, vitamin c and etc. – that helps to relieve intestinal problems and improve digestion.

Precautions
- As defecation will occur regularly during the detoxification process, individuals are advised to stay at home for a day.
- The following groups of people are not advised to undergo the 1-Day Detoxification Programme:
- Individuals suffering from visceral bleeding, severe hypoglycaemia, congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, heart failure, chronic multiple organ failure, uraemia, late-stage cancer, cholecystectomy, gallstones larger than 0.8cm, or severe anaemia
- Elderly and the weak
- Pregnant and lactating women
- Preschool children
- Patients who are under antihypertensive and hypoglycaemic drug use should stop taking their medications during the detoxification process
Recommendations
- Adjust your diet 3 days before the detoxification process by:
- Decrease intake of meals gradually or switch to liquid diets for the intestines to adapt
- During the day before detoxification process:
- Breakfast and lunch should contain mainly bland or liquid foods
- Abstain from caffeine-containing beverages such as tea, coffee, cola, hard liquors or other stimulating substances
- After detoxification
- Continue food intake of bland and liquid foods
